The custom will be based off customers request and i will try to honor but all materials, final colors and design will up to the my discretion. Due to size of bloom and supplies available there may be some limitations. By purchasing a custom you fully understand the final design will be by me.

Turnaround time is 3-5 weeks

Refunds are not given, however in a very unforeseeable circumstance if we are unable to make something you are satisfied with, a refund will be given, -( minus)all fees and a 20% restocking fee.
